That's an excellent question, and the answer depends on your personal values and preferences.
If your main priority is finding the cheapest treatment and receiving predominantly hands-on therapy, then our services may not align with your needs.
Similarly, if your goal is to have frequent visits three times a week for an extended period without fully understanding the rationale behind it, our approach may not be suitable for you.
However, if you value honest and up-to-date advice, effective treatment methods combined with a friendly and what I would call quality banter, then we are your right fit.
Our focus is on helping you comprehend and resolve your issue without the need for lifelong treatment. We provide coaching to enhance your understanding of the problem, collaborate on finding solutions and develop a plan that includes self-care strategies to change your behaviour and environment. We aim to be your partner throughout your rehabilitation journey, offering ongoing support beyond your scheduled appointments.
Ultimately, if you desire a service that promotes understanding, provides collaborative solutions, and offers continuous support, we are the right choice for you.
