With a background spanning clinical rehabilitation and aerial circus arts, she understands that movement is not one-size-fits-all, and that exercise is most effective when it is meaningful, enjoyable, and tailored to the individual.
Ali has a particular interest in supporting people with hypermobility, dysautonomia, chronic pain, and other complex or invisible health conditions. Drawing on both her clinical knowledge and lived experience, she takes an individualised approach that prioritises pacing, body awareness, and building physical capacity in a way that respects each person’s symptoms, needs, and goals.
Prior to working in private practice, Ali spent two years working in hospital-based rehabilitation, supporting people recovering from orthopaedic surgery and helping older adults improve their strength, balance, and confidence. She also brings over ten years of experience training and performing in aerial circus arts, alongside six years of coaching adults in aerial hoop, silks, flexibility, and strength and conditioning. She continues to train, perform, and coach, bringing a practical understanding of movement and skill development into her clinical work.
Ali is passionate about helping people navigate rehabilitation, manage ongoing health conditions, and improve their strength, function, and quality of life. Whether you’re returning to exercise after an injury, managing a chronic condition, or working towards greater confidence in your everyday activities, Ali aims to create a supportive environment where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to progress at your own pace.

Whether you’re looking for support from an accredited exercise physiologist near you, a physical rehabilitation centre, or a strength and conditioning coach near Newcastle, we’re here to help.
We partner with GPs, specialists, and allied health providers to ensure every client receives the support they need across their recovery journey. Our patients walk away with structure, clarity, and strength, not just a list of exercises.
Our goal is not short-term relief. It is lasting change.
We believe understanding is the first step to change. We explain what’s happening in your body and why, so you feel confident, informed, and in control of your recovery.
Resilience is built, not born. We guide you through challenges using strength and conditioning principles that support both physical and mental growth.
We don’t just help you recover. We help you build long-term strength, independence, and confidence through evidence-based exercise and education.
